Custom Dip Molding
Harman Corporation combines diverse raw materials with versatile
machinery making it easy to create custom dip molded plastic products. When
you send your design and dimensions to our plant, Harman manufactures a mold
to fit your desired shape and size. A multi-step dipping process will then
take place. Custom Dip Molds are heated, dipped multiple times in your choice
of colored plastic, then left to cool. Once the custom dip molded plastic cap,
plastic plug, or plastic grip is heat cured and cooled, Harman's tooling
processes also allow you to add customizations, such as logos or punches.
