Minimum Billing

Shipping
Harman Corporation will ship in-stock items within 2 business days. In
the event that no stock is available, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Orders must be placed before 11 a.m Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings Time
(EST/EDT) for Second Day Air and Next Day Air shipments to ship same day.
Extra transit time may be required when shipping to rural route, remote, or international
locations, even when shipping Second Day Air or Next Day Air. Freight charges apply to US
shipments only. If shipping internationally, extra shipping charges will occur.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within a 30 day period
only with Harman Corporation authorization.
No returns will be accepted on non-stock or special
order items. Broken package quantities and out-going
freight are not credited. Unauthorized returns will
not be accepted. Returns are subject to a restocking charge.
Cancellation
Pricing is quoted based on the quantity indicated,
and if such order is cancelled short of the quoted
quantity and time period, the customer will be liable
for cancellation charges. In the event of cancellation
involving non-standard materials, colors and/or tooling,
the purchaser assumes all responsibility and may be asked
for immediate payment.

All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Claims
All claims for shortages or defective material must
be made within thirty (30) days from date of invoice.
Parts proving defective will be replaced or credited,
but no claims for labor or damages will be allowed
without our written consent.
Packaging
Harman Corporation reserves the right to change
the quantities in its standard carton consistent
with current packaging and/or shipping practices.
Contract
All contracts are subject to approval by an officer
of Harman Corporation. All contracts are made contingent
upon strikes, fires, accidents, clerical errors or other
causes beyond our control.
Credit
Unpaid invoices amounts shall constitute a lien on
any merchandise ordered by customers but not yet shipped.
Uses
The uses to which our products are put solely within
the discretion and responsibility of the purchaser and/or user.
Purchaser of standard and custom parts assumes any and all
liability arising out of, or in any way connected with, the
use of such standard or custom parts and hereby agrees to
indemnify Harman Corporation for such liability.
Product Warranty
Our product is guaranteed to be free from defective
material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days
from the date of shipment, and this warranty shall be
limited to the replacement of any defective product.
Any part proving to be defective upon inspection at the
factory will be replaced. No allowance, credits or
reimbursements will be made for any returned products
unless authorized by Harman Corporation. All returns must
be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number.
Quantities
We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10%
over ordered quantity.
Specifications
Standard catalog items are quoted in accordance with
our print. If customer's print deviates from our print
in any form, customer's print will be considered null and void.
Freight Terms
F.O.B. Rochester, Michigan. All rights and titles
to merchandise transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Environmental Statement
Many of the resins used in the manufacturing
of our products are thermoplastic materials. As such, our parts can be
re-ground, re-melted and molded or extruded into other products.
There are no warranties either expressed
or implied which extend beyond the description above, including the
implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
