Harman Corporation has been pioneering plastic caps production since 1962 when Jack Harman designed and built his first dip molding machine. Harman's dip molded plastic caps are an affordable alternative to injection molded plastic caps because of their low tooling costs. Plus, their in-house production capabilities allow them create custom molds for specialized plastic caps, ensuring quality and timely delivery for both small and large quantities.
Harman makes over 160 million plastic caps per year, ranging in size from 1/16" in diameter to 20" in diameter. There are over one hundred current and custom color matched pigments to choose from as well as high gloss, matte, and foam finish textures. Specialty material formulations including high temperature resistant, FDA, anti-stat (ESD), copper non-staining and UL-94-V flame resistant are also available for plastic caps.
