Turnaround times for most custom parts are 7-10 business days. To ensure customers get their custom caps or plugs turned around quickly as possible, we also offer expedited molding, upon request.

In order to place a custom order, we require a minimum of 1,000 parts per order. There is no max order quantity.

At Harman Corp, the majority of our plastic caps, plastic grips and plastic plugs are made with silicone or flexible vinyl PVC plastic.

Any size, any length. No matter how custom the job, we can create a part that matches your specific requirements.

In order to meet the current regulations from the CPSC, EU, CERHR, CIR and CDC, Harman can offer non-phthalate grips, caps and plugs to meet your company’s specification.

Any order placed from Harman must be shipped back within 30 days of the original purchase. Customer must call Harman’s office to set-up authorization for return. All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 35%. Shipping cost will be fulfilled by purchaser.
