Custom Dip Coating Process

Harman Corp Custom Plastic Dip Molding

Dip coating is particularly useful for products that have a difficult shape because every part of the product will be covered when dipped. It’s also a practical and economical choice that eliminates the additional step of finishing a product by adding a separately produced grip or cap.  Dip coating provides a superior finish over an injection molded cap or grip because there are no seams, and has the added benefit of unmatched fit and superior adherence to the part.
