Custom Dip coating Process & Options
Wondering what happens when you call Harman Corporation for a custom dip coating project? We’ve outlined the
process below to help you understand what you can expect upon calling.
Once you have a custom part that needs coating, we can help in numerous ways. You can provide a CAD drawing of the part that requires dip coating, or simply send a sample of the part to us. Once the print or part is received, Harman is able to provide a custom quote for the dip coating process.
Turnaround times for most custom parts are 7-10 business days. If you send a part to Harman, we can get the part dip coated and return a sample to you in a very short period of time for your inspection.
Knowledgeable Sales Staff
With thousands of custom parts under our belt, everyone in our sales staff is extremely knowledgeable on the process and easy to work with, making the process easy as possible from concept to prototype.
Any size, any length. No matter how custom the job, we’ve got you covered. From the very smallest pieces to extremely large oversized parts, whether racks, grips, toys, medical supplies or even bumpers, Harman can help you.
In order to place a custom order, we require a minimum of 350 parts per order. There is no maximum order quantity, and per unit pricing goes down with larger orders.
